Even in this segment, the Millenium Technology Center makes no compromises. We carefully select materials, from Dacron to the most advanced fabrics, and apply the same attention to detail and customization options that we reserve for racing sails. The result is reliable, durable products designed to ensure comfort and peace of mind in all wind conditions.
Dacron Cross Cut Sails
Millenium Technology Center maintains strict control over its suppliers and selects the best batches of Dacron available on the market.
Cross Cut construction is the most traditional production method and is designed to produce affordable sails for small boats.
At competitive prices, the Millenium technical team always strives for aesthetic appeal and attention to detail, offering boat owners the same customization options as the premium products.
Radial Sails
With radial sails we remain in the realm of classical construction, in which a sail is made from a roll of fabric.
The radial construction concept allows us to align the warp, the strongest direction of the fabric, with the direction of the sail’s load vector, thereby achieving a stronger structure.
The result is a sail with a longer lifespan and better shape retention over time.
This construction method allows us to work with various materials, ranging from basic Dacron to structural Dyneema fabrics.
BUBBLES CODE ZERO
We like to call it Bubbles Code Zero, following a suggestion from one of our loyal customers. It is a nylon Code Zero cruising sail with a radial construction, featuring a surface area roughly double that of a jib.
It is rigged with a soft, braided anti-twist line that ensures excellent performance and safety when rolling the sail, while also being very flexible for stowage. With a good furling system, we can lower the Bubbles Code Zero and leave it hoisted in all conditions.
This sail helps reduce engine hours on any boat.
Affordable, simple, and safe to use, it offers hours of sailing in light winds while we enjoy our aperitif in silence, with only the sound of the sea in the background.
Cruising Gennaker
Our Cruising Gennaker is specifically designed to offer the widest possible range of use. It’s a sail that’s easy to trim and handle, yet always keeps performance in mind.
With our basic gennaker, we make no compromises on materials or the attention to detail in its aesthetic design. In addition, there is a wide range of colors to choose from.
The Cruising Gennaker is offered as a set with the Gennaker Sleeve, which is currently the safest method for lowering the gennaker while cruising, even with a small crew. This is only possible if the sleeve is of the highest quality, as it’s the small details that make all the difference in such a simple system.
Over the years, working with specialized manufacturers, we have developed incredibly sturdy and functional sleeves that guarantee both safety and ease of use.
