Service is one of the cornerstones of our approach. Driven by a deep passion for this work, we forge strong bonds with our boat owners, their skippers, and their boats. We always make a point of going on board at the end of the season to listen to feedback, check the condition of the sails, take them down, bring them to the sailmakers, and pamper them throughout the winter before reinstalling them at the start of the new season. Over the years, this service has enabled us to get to know every minute detail of our product, understanding where we needed to invest more energy and come up with new ideas, and where, on the other hand, we could ease up; what adjustments we should make to future sails, and many other details. This is how we view our profession. The service is very demanding, but it provides us with an impressive amount of information about the quality of our work and the product we are building.
